Pre-sale / -rental
This is the foremost and the most vital step. It is important to ensure that your machinery, devices, and the entire networking system are functional to support your core business and daily operations. Which is why at Able Copier, we believe that it is important for us to first understand our prospect’s needs and business nature – from the usage requirements down to the workplace environment. We take into consideration all aspects to ensure that we are delivering what our customers truly need. This can be further elaborated as follow.
We customise solutions that directly addresses our prospects and recurring customers’ pain points and concerns. It is important for us to identify the current issues they are facing and step in with viable solutions.
Our proposal will be strongly based on the needs and requirements, as well as maximizing the cost effectiveness and consumption of the machine. We do not make assumptions. Prior to any recommendation, we will evaluate your print history (if any) and future print requirements. When needed, we will also recce your place to further understand the infrastructure and the area where we will be deploying the machine.
Deployment
Our deployment team consists of members who are experienced in handling the copier and printer with utmost care. Upon delivering, our IT personnel will be setting up the copier to your office’s networking system enabling all required devices to be connected to the copier.
We will proceed to a test-run and configure to ensure smooth operation. After making sure all is good to go, our personnel will conduct a brief training on the usage and simple care maintenance.
Post-sale / -rental
All is not done after the deployment. We will continue to keep a close follow-up and monitor the condition of the deployed machine. The after-sales / -rental services include all that is in the agreeable service maintenance. Our objective is to ensure that the copier or printer deployed to you will efficiently support your business’ productivity.
